Job Title: Foreign Patents Paralegal for a Patent Law Firm

Our team of experienced professionals provide comprehensive IP services to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of patent law and secure their innovations. We are currently seeking a skilled Foreign Patents Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.
Work Type: Onsite, Permanent, Full-Time, 6-days working (Saturdays are WFH), 2nd Saturday is a holiday.
Position Overview: As a Foreign Patents Paralegal at our firm, your key responsibilities include:
· Assembling the paperwork required for filing foreign patent application and preparing formal documents and coordinating with the associates.
· Updating client database and responding quickly to all the clients’ needs and replying to related mails.
· Assembling the paperwork required for Patent application filing and renewals and coordinating with foreign associates.
· Generating docket reports, and reporting IP docketing to senior IP professionals while acting on their advice.
· Preparing invoices and keeping track of the time that can be billed to clients.
· Assisting with client meeting scheduling and keeping track of important dates and approaching deadlines.
· Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client associate and Staff by updating presentations, reports, and templates.
Qualifications/ Skills Required

· Excellent written communication skills
· Proper attention to detail and organization skills
· Good coordination and time management skills
· Proper research and time management abilities to keep track of due dates.
· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Prompt communication and updated record-keeping skills.
