We are currently building Biddle a next-generation travel app designed to redefine how people plan, experience, and elevate their travel lifestyle.
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial partner to join us in our vision as we validate, build, and scale this venture into a high-impact brand.
This is not a traditional job, it’s a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in launching and growing a startup with real upside.
Role Overview
As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with the founder across all stages of startup development from concept validation through to launch and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Validation & Strategy
• Conduct market research to validate demand, target audience, and product-market fit
• Analyse competitors and identify positioning opportunities
• Develop early-stage business models and go-to-market strategies
Partnerships & Business Development
• Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships
• Set meetings and confidently present the Biddle vision to stakeholders
• Build relationships with key players in travel, tech, and lifestyle sectors
Fundraising & Financial Strategy
• Source and engage seed investors, angel networks, or crowdfunding opportunities
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, financial projections, and investor materials
• Support capital-raising conversations and negotiations
Product Development & Execution
• Source, vet, and oversee app developers / tech teams
• Collaborate on UX, features, and user journey design
• Manage timelines, milestones, and product delivery
Testing & Launch
• Coordinate beta testing phases and gather user feedback
• Refine product based on insights and performance metrics
• Oversee pre-launch and launch execution
Marketing & Brand Growth
• Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
• Support digital marketing, PR, and community-building strategies
Operations & Scaling
• Help establish systems, processes, and workflows
• Assist with legal, compliance, and structural setup (as needed)
• Contribute to long-term vision, scaling strategy, and expansion
Ideal Candidate
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action
• Confident communicator with strong networking and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker who can also execute
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Passion for travel, lifestyle, or tech-driven experiences

• Experience in startups, app development, IT, or the travel industry
• Background in business development, consulting, or fundraising
