Job Description
As an Associate at NRS Legal, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals, gaining valuable experience in the field. We are looking for a driven individual (Minimum 1.5 years PQE) with sound legal knowledge and experience, who is well-versed in legal research, drafting various documents including petitions, complaints, appeals, appearing before various courts, tribunals, authorities etc.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist and conduct legal research, preparing case briefs, and drafting legal documents including suits, petitions, appeals, applications, contracts and agreements.
2. Supporting the team in managing client relationships, including attending client meetings and maintaining communication channels.
3. Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Independently appear and handle matters before Bombay High Court, City Civil and Session Courts, Dy. Registrars DDRs and DJRs, MM and CMM courts, DRT etc.
4. Maintaining accurate and updated case files, including organizing and indexing documents for easy retrieval.
5. Assisting in the preparation of legal strategies and also appear during arguments for court hearings, arbitrations, and negotiations.
6. Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure smooth workflow, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and prioritizing tasks.
7. Staying up to date with the latest legal developments and industry trends, actively seeking continuous learning opportunities to enhance your professional and personal growth.

Salary Structure:
Probation duration: 5 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year
