About the Role
You will serve as a consultant, providing effective HR guidance and support. You will serve as trusted guide to employees and teams by providing exceptional service within a commercially driven environment.
Responsibilities
·Build & drive positive Employee Experience from Hire to Retire (esp improving onboarding experience & Touchpoints for Legal & Professional, Risk Solutions and Reed Exhibitions division).
·Act as HR Advisor to employees for queries; and people managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle ranging to probation, managing poor performance and seperation & so on.
·Drive & support Employee Resource Groups to drive engagement with business unit leaders for Reed Exhibitions, LexisNexis and Risk Solutions team in India.
·Drive & support initiatives to build and maintain a diverse & inclusive community
·Partnering with our Recruitment, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards and Employee Relations teams to address their goals & processes.
·Supporting implementation of HR strategies & Projects as assigned from time time time to advance specific divisional's HR priority.
Requirements
·Have solid experience as a General HR Business Partner
·Have the desire to develop and progress in your role and grow with your team
·Be a motivated self-starter with a passion for talent management and career development
·Possess excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization
·Show attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, and work well under pressure and deadlines.
·Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives
