Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records, addressing discrepancies promptly.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing queries and facilitating effective communication.
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as job descriptions and offer letters.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws in all HR practices.
Compile and submit HR reports as requested by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment.
Support in managing workforce allocation and addressing staffing needs.
Aid in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com or BBA preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of HR practices.
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.
