Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Sourcing and Recruiting:Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing:Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and fit with the company culture.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Update daily,Weekely/Monthly hiring report to respective Manager
