Job DescriptionAssociate- Accounting and Reporting Your responsibilities Reviewing and preparation of financial statements including Consolidation if requiredReviewing and preparation of annual statutory financial reports as well as monthly and quarterly financial report for clientsManagement of Bank accounts including preparation and review of payment documentsExecutive support services to clients in assisting them in preparing their management accountsAssistance with financial audit and internal controlVAT registration and administrationAssistance with Acquisition escrowSupport in Payroll administration servicesReviewing and keeping control of the timing of various client deliverables according to the operating memorandum/SLAWorking closely with finance and legal colleagues as well as with external parties such as accountants, law firms and tax advisorsReviewing handling and monitor all paymentsProactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional mannerCoaching, teaching, guiding junior team membersMay involves limited Client InteractionYour profileObtained a 3-year degree in Accounting, Finance or in any related field MBATier2/CA/ Inter CA.Are a qualified member or student member of CPA/ACCA or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experiences in accountingPossess a strong concept of book-keepingHave ideally knowledge on XBRLAre good team players, independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skillsFluent spoken EnglishBook-keeping & preparation/ review of financial statementsPreparation & review of management accountsAssistance with financial audit & internal controlRespond to audit and auditor requirementsConsolidation of financial statementsExcel/MS Office is a required skillProcess Management SkillsCoach & support associatesWhat we offer youWorking at Intertrust means entering a dynamic, international and growth-oriented company.
