Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Lawyer at JSSB LEGAL(opc) Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in New Delhi
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
• Knowledge of various areas of law such as civil, writ jurisdiction, family law, commercial courts Act, Arbitration, etc.
• Client management skills and the ability to build strong relationships
