Our client is now in the market for an exceptional mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their national team of experts in their Calgary office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial team and hone your skills in a broad range of real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have the following:
• 3 to 7 years (2026 - 2018 call) years of post call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered.
• Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.
• Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
• Experience with leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work well on a variety of teams
• Excellent organizational, project management and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
• Excellent academic credentials
• Qualified to practice law in Canada
