Our practice areas include drafting and vetting of agreemeents like Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Agreements etc., providing legal opinions, drafting of legal notices, commercial suits, Section 138 cases, partition suits etc.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal Services:
Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and more for businesses of various sizes.
Legal Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for properties, particularly large land parcels.
Advisory Services: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
Evaluate incoming case files to determine their merit and the best. legal strategy to obtain relief for clients.
Drafting Review: Ensure the accuracy and quality of drafts prepared by litigation team.
Legal Notices: Prepare detailed and accurate legal notices following current laws and firm standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinker, and a proactive approach.
