We are a fast growing boutique law firm based in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi for more than a decade. We do litigations for our clients in corporate and commercial matters before various foras including National Company Law Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer for Insolvency & Bankruptcy / DRT matters. The associate lawyer will be responsible for independently drafting / managing day to day litigation before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. The candidate must have the knowledge of IBC, NCLT, Companies Act, Sarfeasi Act, RDDBFI Act etc.
in addition to Code of Civil Procedure and the Indian Evidence Act. The candidate shall also be supporting the senior lawyers in the firm in managing client work, drafting legal documents and agreements, and conducting legal research.
