Experience bracket:
1 year of post-qualification (LLB, LLM) experience in various Corporate Laws, SPA, SHA & Business Development of preferred industry.
Experience of working with consulting firm preferred with business development skills
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent is expected to work on various stages of the audit & responsibilities may include:
a. Extensive knowledge of Corporate Laws with a deep understanding of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA Regulations, SEBI Regulations, White Collar Disputes, IBC, Service Matters, Corporate Litigation & General Advisory.
b. Strong communication skills, drafting and a leaning towards Business Development. Would be interested in knowing the plan for business development.
c. To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws;
d. Compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations to Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE), other SEBI regulations, etc.;
e. Support in conducting Board meetings, Board’s Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings;
f. Support in Implementation of Resolution Plan under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
g. Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities, shareholders and other stakeholders;
