Job Description
We are seeking Legal Analyst / Associates to join our team, with opportunities available at various levels and roles. Your responsibilities may fall under the following functions:
Regulatory Intelligence Creation - India / Global:
- Conduct research on laws in India and globally
- Develop Regulatory Compliance obligation checklists in the required formats, aligned with our software
Regulatory Intelligence Updation - India / Global:
- Stay updated on Regulatory changes in various laws
- Update the software accordingly
- Maintain process documentation and trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness
Implementation / Customer Engagement:
- Manage comprehensive compliance with client organizations
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and statutes through various activities
- Receive training on research processes, documentation, RTI filings, translations, etc.
Qualifications:
- B.A. LL.B, LL.M, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant
Experience Level:
- 3 to 8 years
- Placement within the organization will depend on your experiences and qualifications
This is a full-time, permanent position that does not offer remote work options. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
