This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Legal Counsel at Hexis Legal in Delhi, India. The role involves handling Corporate & Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, Civil & Criminal Litigation, Insolvency, Taxation, Intellectual Property Rights, and more on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Law and Legal Issues skills
• Contract Negotiation and Legal Advice skills
• Legal Drafting for various Courts
• Knowledge of Arbitration and Commercial Laws, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Banking, Finance, and Corporate Law
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in litigation is a must
• Law degree from a recognized institution
