Role Description
We are looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial disputes and litigation, especially in matters before the High Court and NCLT.
You will be part of a growing team, working on challenging cases across multiple sectors, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Preparing, Reviewing case briefs
Conducting comprehensive legal researcher
Coordinating with and briefing Counsels
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, applications, etc
What We’re Looking For :
1-3 years of experience.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Prior exposure to briefing counsels and appearing before courts or tribunals.
Compensation : Industry standard
