Role Details: Accounting Controls – Internal Office Accounts
Overall Job Description
• Formulation / Updation of Policy and SOP on Internal Accounts in line with Regulatory needs
• Quarterly review note to the Management on Review and Controls around Internal Accounts
• Monthly compliances and presentation to Internal Accounts committee in line with Policy
• Liasing with Statutory Auditors, internal stakeholders, external consultants for Audit and Review
• Response to RBI indents and Compliances to RBI observations, and related Memorandum or Presentation to Management
• Review of need based account opening (for each new branch) and maintenance in Finacle system
• Maintenance of Masters and Automation of reports using Azure / SQL
• Variance analysis in receivable and payable accounts
