Job Description
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all finance & accounts related activities for project business.
Take care of all kind of taxation of our business and their documentation, responsible for compliance thereof.
Cash flow / working capital management of the company and its subsidiaries (SPVs)
Payment management of vendors and their reconciliations.
Management of account receivables and reconciliation thereof.
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts commentaries and financial statements
Manage the preparation of the company's budget and exercising on budgetary controls.
Ensuring regular and correct accounting.
Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
Preparation of periodic MIS reports as per requirement of the management.
Knowledge of Income Tax/GST.
Should be able to handle a team of 10-15 people independently and be able to guide them for maintenance of accounts as per the mandatory accounting standards.
Review and publish timely monthly / Quarterly / annual financial statements of Holding company and subsidiaries.
Statutory Audit of financials and quarterly results, Certification as per business needs

Qualification:
Should be a CA or ICWA

10 to 14 Years
