Job Description
The role is for field marketing in one of the fastest growing industry groups at LTIMindtree. The business / field marketing associate director is at the forefront of enabling the global markets team with appropriate communications, messaging, artefacts, and marketing plans, to augment their efforts as also to drive demand generation and enhance LTIMindtree’s brand profile among the industry target audience. The global markets team is focused on creating value for clients through a focused approach of domain and consulting, product partnerships and future-ready technology capabilities. This is one of the fastest growing businesses at LTIMindtree with high revenue share. It’s a high-energy role which needs the person to be well experienced in industry marketing, and not be a general marketer. The role will report into vertical marketing head.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop the go-to-market strategy, marketing, and communications (internal and external) strategy and execution plan for the industry.
· Build a powerful and differentiated global brand story for LTIMindtree in the Industry, capability, and geography.
· Own brand building and market positioning, content and campaign development, demand generation, lead nurture and sales enablement for the Industry.
· Have a passion for marketing technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and a get it done attitude.
· Work closely with leadership and drive consensus to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
· Design and execute programs that will drive the strategic goals for the industry.
· Design and implement ABM campaigns for large accounts.
· Work with partner, product and platform teams for building and executing industry specific campaigns.
· Develop high-quality offerings content and thought leadership artefacts for the industry independently.
· Spearhead the deal support through the life cycle to ensure the Global Markets teams is equipped with necessary tools across the sales cycle. This may include Deal-based / opportunity-centric marketing campaigns, supporting customer visits in India etc.
· Drive participation and brand salience at leading industry events and conferences targeting the specific vertical.
Requisites:
· 10+ years IT services business marketing experience
· Strategic thinker
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, and stakeholder management skills
· Working knowledge or direct experience in the IT / tech marketing
· Ability to target clients and segments, create and curate relevant content and build robust plans.
· Customer centric and experience driven approach to marketing.
· Experience building multi-channel integrated marketing programs including, website and digital assets, paid media, events, sales enablement and others.
· Marketing technology and automation enthusiast (Marketo, Salesforce a plus) who strives to scale effectively and quickly while maintaining quality
· High energy self-starter, passion & enthusiasm for marketing and ability to deal with ambiguity
· MBA from Tier 1-2 campus
