Job Responsibilities
Maintain listings, pricing and hygiene for marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart etc.
Maintain Account Health, keep relevant metrics in order
Analyse customer returns and take remedial actions to correct/reduce the %
Ensure product SLAs for MFN/ships from seller range of products
Create FBA / in stock products shipments, tracking etc. and coordinating with shipping partners
Competition analysis, Tracking and analysing sales trends on various marketplaces
Maintaining data and reporting daily/monthly sales
Managing Brand store and monitor rankings and customer reviews
Planning, tracking, and monitoring inventory performance for various Amazon fulfilment options including Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Fulfilment Network (MFN) stock
Skills
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)
2-3 Years of experience in managing Amazon marketplaces (US/Canada/UK/Australia)
Knowledge and experience in handling Amazon Seller Central
Should have analytical flair and understanding of Marketplaces business
Understanding of Ecommerce business and high level of attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is essential
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Web analytics and proficiency in Excel
Experience
Min. 2-3 years experience in Amazon Marketplaces
Educational Certifications
Graduates / Postgraduates
