Job Description:
1.Document drafting
- drafting and vetting of all types of agreements, MOU’s etc.
2. Preparing & vetting of petitions, replies, appearance in courts.
3. Handling Legal activities, Legal Advice to various business verticals and functions on legal issues.
4. Handling the Legal Activities of the Company. Interpretation of law/ regulations and advising their applicability
5. Advisory services, drafting, arbitration, liaison, legal operations, compliances, contract drafting.
6. M&A, IPR, apprising the team and the management about new law amendments along with implications thereof on the organization.
7. Liaise with auditors, shareholders, regulators and other statutory authorities.
8. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action
• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
• Benefits:
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Provident Fund
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

3. Handle proceedings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
4. Provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and litigation strategies.
5. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and argumentation.
6. Manage and mentor junior associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely and commercially viable solutions.
8. Collaborate with other practice areas to offer integrated legal services.
Qualifications:
1. LLB degree from a recognized institution.
2. 6-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably within a reputed law firm or corporate legal department.
3. Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
4. Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
6. Effective communication and client management abilities.
7. Leadership and team management experience.
