We are looking for a high-energy and dynamic Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product execution. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver MRDs (Market requirements document) and PRDs (Product requirements document) with prioritised features and corresponding justification.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
Act as a leader within the company.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Have complete knowledge of the product.
Plan and conduct sprints, and manage the daily standups.
Sign off on features before going live and ensure the overall reliability and performance of the product.
Requirements /Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic, business acumen, enthusiasm, and passionate, ability to understand client needs.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Drive and energy to manage team and product.
Proactive and efficient time management.
1-2 years of experience as in Product Management in SaaS/B2B.
