About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property & Legal Coordination Associate to support our team in managing property-related updates, handling communication, and assisting with basic legal documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management Support
Maintain and update property-related data, records, and reports
Track property updates, leasing activity, and operational changes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates
Communication & Coordination
Draft and manage professional email communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and updates for leadership
Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams
Legal Support
Assist in reviewing and organizing legal documents (leases, agreements, etc.)
Coordinate with legal teams or external counsel when required
Maintain proper documentation and version control of legal files
Support basic compliance and documentation requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Business, Communications, or related field
1–4 years of relevant experience in property management, legal support, or coordination roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good to Have
Experience in real estate or property management
Exposure to lease agreements or legal documentation
Experience working with US-based clients or teams
