Key Responsibilities:
• Company Incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc)
• Annual Returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc)
• Maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc)
• Share Transfer, Issue of Shares, etc

Additional Responsibilities:
• Planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc
• RBI Compliances FLA, FCGPR, etc
• Drafting Contracts and Agreements
• Trademark applications

Qualifications:
• CS Freshers, Experienced CS Professionals, CS Dropouts, Semi-Qualified CS, or Chartered Accountants who are capable of managing the above responsibilities.
• Candidates Based in Kolkata (and nearby areas) will be preferred
