Qualifications / Experience
Graduate in Computers / IT, MBA preferred with experience of 3 to 5 yrs in an emailing and hosting
environment over the cloud computing model,
• Strong MS Excel skills for quick reporting execution
• Professional etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders
• Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed;
• Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often
under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected

• Responsible for selling Enterprise products to prospects across various industry segments,
ensuring deeper penetration of Enterprise across large accounts, developing these
accounts from scratch and making strategic partners to all customers.
• Identify and build relationships with strategic C Level executives across key accounts and sell
the enterprise communication services to them
• Using system tools such as CRM to drive the Lead Prospect Opportunity funnel.
• Develop the enterprise business proposition to gain a sustainable competitive advantage and
greater share of wallet from their customers. Design, develop and implement an End to End
Enterprise plan for assigned accounts
• Ensure proper Partner mix & classification to provide reach, revenue, relevance and reputation
to Enterprise e-mail business
• Drive execution excellence in enterprise sales processes and operations.
• Responsible for channel sales through business partners i.e. appointing new channel partners,
conducting their periodic performance review and drive them to tap new business opportunities
• Build successful relationships with both Sales Operations and Sales teams
