Role Description
This is a on-site role for an Associate/Senior Associate role located in Gurugram for an LLB plus CS with minimum 1 year of experience in Securities Laws. The role will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients, conducting due diligence, preparing legal documents including but not limited to drafting of offer documents, agreements related with capital issues and other miscellaneous documents.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Bar enrolment and completion of the Company Secretary (CS) course are mandatory (No candidate without these qualifications will be shortlisted for round 1)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Securities Laws including drafting Offer Documents and conducting Legal Due Diligence is a must (No candidate without this experience will be shortlisted for round 1)
- Candidate should either be residing in Gurgaon or willing to relocate before joining (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of securities laws and companies act
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet
