Team(s) you will work with: You will work closely with the Marketing and Partner Success teams. You will require to work with our partners on joint customer marketing activities.

Role Responsibilities
• Develops and implements integrated marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and adoption of OpsHub solution amongst the OpsHub customer base and increase OpsHub product awareness into our Strategic Partner customer base.
• Works both strategically and tactically and uses exceptional analytical experience to create joint marketing programs with global partners to drive sales and manage partner programs.
• Defines a pipeline generation strategy for sell through partners including events, digital programs, webinars, content, and social media. Develop initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to sell to and through our partners working closely with our sales, events, PR, and content marketing teams to oversee and execute the regional strategy.
• Deliver marketing initiatives in collaboration with various partners, technology alliances and channel resellers.
• Lead voice in deciding the direction of creative strategy, assets, and positioning for our partner channel.
• Ensures that partners have a great onboarding experience and are always abreast of the latest developments at OpsHub.
• Develops joint marketing plans with our partners based on current market trends and customer needs.
• Evaluates the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Information Technology or Marketing (Suitable candidates from other disciplines can also apply).
• A minimum of five years’ experience in Partner Marketing, high-technology product marketing/sales enablement (within a B2B) in an IT product environment.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners.
• Outstanding communication (Written, Oral and Visual) skills. Possess highly effective presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to Pacific Time Zone business hours as needed.
