Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role located in Ahmedabad at APT. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. This role involves meeting clients in person, understanding their needs, and working closely with the internal team to deliver exceptional service.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Process incoming payments in compliance with procedures.
· AR/AP/Reconciliation/Finalisation
· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted
· for and properly posted
· Prepare and issue bills
· Initiate debt collections on overdue accounts
· Create and update a log sheet for quality control
· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing,
· posting and recording financial data
