L’associé, marketing de fidélisation, aidera à la coordination et à l'exécution de diverses tactiques et initiatives de fidélité pour nos bannières affiliées McKesson (Uniprix, Proxim, I.D.A., Guardian, Remedy’sRx et Medicine Shoppe). Responsabilités :

Planifier et exécuter diverses initiatives de fidélité
Rédiger et relire des contenus et des communications internes et externes engageants, clairs et adaptés aux différents canaux
Exécuter des campagnes infolettre, média sociaux, développement de matériaux de point de vente
Responsable des briefs studio pour les projets de conception graphique
Coordonner le développement de formations variées avec les divers partenaires internes
Qualifications :

Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial en marketing ou communications
Bilingue avec une excellente maîtrise du français écrit
Compétences en gestion de projet
Expérience avec les media sociaux, incluant la publication et les analyses
Connaissance de :
Facebook Business manager
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Canva
Asana, un atout.

The Loyalty Marketing Associate will assist in coordinating and executing various loyalty initiatives and tactics for McKesson’s affiliated banners (Uniprix, Proxim, I.D.A., Guardian, Remedy’sRx and Medicine Shoppe).. This role involves close collaboration with other members of the marketing team, as well as with various internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment and is motivated to contribute to McKesson Canada’s success.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute various loyalty marketing initiatives

Write and proofread engaging, clear, and channel-appropriate content for both internal and external communications
Execute campaigns including newsletters, social media, and point-of-sale material development
Manage studio briefs for graphic design projects
Coordinate the development of various training materials with internal partners
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing or Communications
Bilingual, with excellent written French skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with social media, including post publishing and performance analysis
Familiarity with:
Facebook Business Manager
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Canva
Asana, an asset.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
