Un important cabinet d’avocats national est à la recherche d’un(e) Associé(e) en droit immobilier pour se joindre à son bureau de Montréal. Il s’agit d’une occasion unique de rejoindre une pratique hautement respectée à portée nationale et internationale, où vous collaborerez avec une équipe de professionnels juridiques chevronnés dans un environnement dynamique axé sur la croissance.

Responsabilités principales :

Diriger et gérer des transactions immobilières commerciales complexes, incluant les acquisitions, les cessions, les projets de développement, les baux et le financement.

Conseiller les clients sur les aspects juridiques et réglementaires des investissements et transactions immobiliers.

Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, en agissant comme conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès d’une clientèle institutionnelle et privée.

Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, incluant des professionnels en fiscalité, droit des affaires et litige.

Contribuer à la stratégie de croissance et à l’orientation du département immobilier.

Encadrer et soutenir les avocat(e)s juniors et le personnel juridique dans un rôle de leadership.
Exigences :
Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier, idéalement axée sur des transactions commerciales et institutionnelles.

Forte réputation sur le marché juridique montréalais et portefeuille de clients transférables fortement souhaité.

Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.

Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), avec d’excellentes compétences en rédaction et en négociation dans les deux langues.

Capacité démontrée à gérer de grands dossiers de manière autonome et à collaborer efficacement avec des collègues d’autres secteurs de pratique.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and financing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to institutional and private clients.
