Job Description:
Ø Handling Plant Recruitment for Engineers, Workers, Executives.
Ø Processing timely & Error free Payroll & Compliance activities
Ø Conducting Monthly Employee Engagement Activities & Town Hall at Plant
Ø Knowledge of ISO Documentation/ EMS Oshas & Audit
Ø Processing Exit Formalities & settling Dues.
Ø Handling Employee Grievances
Ø Executing Training & Preparing Monthly HRMIS
Ø HR Policy Implementation
Ø Experience in Handling Team & Customer Audit
Competencies Required:
Ø Good in Excel & Presentation
