Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager HR located in Jodhpur. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and human resource policies and procedures. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in the retail industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
