It specializes in the Babies and Kids space and sells Fashion, Babygear, Toys and more both online and offline. It has more than 200,000 unique products , around 6000 brands. It also roped in Bollywood’s legend Amitabh Bachchan as the brand ambassador. Firstcry also acquired Babyoye, a brand owned by Mahindra & Mahindra group.
It also engages 13 million unique parents every month on their community platform specially designed for parents on parenting. It has connected with 20 million families for their babies/kids daily needs and to address their parenting related questions.

The first International expansion for FirstCry is UAE, which went live in Oct 2026 and soon will be extending our footprints to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Employee life cycle of the contract employees.
• Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure they are adhered.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize multiple demands.
• Ability to create hiring plans and drive the team to execute the plan..
• Strong experience in managing contractual workforce/Unions - specifically in larger volume.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws Shop Act,CLRA, Factory Act etc.
• Experience of MS Office; MS Excel/reports; HRIS systems.
• Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, conduct and analyse exit interview, observe trends, and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards.
• Good at problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
• Completing documentation, taking HR interviews and vendors management and employees grievance.
Additional Skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
• Must know Marathi language
Education and experience:
• PG degree in HR or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Full understanding of all human aspect of business.
