We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager – HR Business Support
Department: - Human Resource Business Support/HR REGIONS
HR Business Support team in Human Resource Function supports more than 70K employees across 8 countries spanning Asia, Europe, MENA and LAM. It is a vertical, that manages the HR business partnering for both Managed and Facilitated business service in region, setting tone for all people impact activities and thereby helping & equipping our employees, managers and leaders to make better people decisions.

In this role, you will:
The opportunity is to work with Regional HR - COO department of Digital Business Services. It entails working on reporting and MI across all regions and business. The role requires understanding of the business structure, data sources and requirements. The role will require creation of standard reports around Capacity, Capability, Culture and Conduct and also work on adhoc requests as per requirement. It will involve interaction with senior stakeholders for data requests. The role would also require analysis of data to identify trends, outliers and potential risks and have the ability to call that out.
Principal Responsibilities
• Perform adequate research, collate data and prepare various reports, presentations, spreadsheets and meeting papers
• Support the COO team with any data requirements they may have for their papers or meetings
• Create a schedule of standard reports and MI and ensure they are published timely
• Look at ways to improve efficiency in reporting & MI by exploring automation/macros
• Liaise with all internal stakeholders to prioritize the initiatives, action plan for review, discussion and decision from either Regional Head of HR or HR leadership team.
• Maintain meeting notes and track progress on key initiative and keep Regional HR Head abreast of developments
• Coordinate responses from functional and local management for MI, data or commentary
• Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and adhere to internal controls, procedures and policies
• Assist in process review
