1. Recruitment - Talent Acquisition

3. To freeze KRA/KPI of All department
4. Factory/Social Compliance
5. To make policy and procedure of performance appraisal, recruitments, PMS finalization by end of April 2026, to make aware of PMS forms to concerning employees department wise
6. To freeze current organizational structure with current manpower, to work on organizational structure with details in concern to matrix
7. To make Policies and procedures for Training and development, develop training forms, and Develop a Training Calendar for the year 2026
8. Work on Employee Engagement activity
+. Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
10. Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
11. Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
