Job Description
Must Have Attributes:
Growth and opportunity Analysis to set targets in terms of number and revenue for each unit of network and respective geographic area
Ability to develop Secondary and primary sales as per requirements and to enhance share of voice, heart, and tangible market share
Different price points and innovative sales promo campaigns to be developed for extracting extra efforts by the network
Organizing network meets and get-together to train and stimulate extra sales efforts.
Relevant connects across all large national & regional retail partners
Experience in handling multiple customers, distributors & sales executives, sales promoter
A hands on person, willing to work on the ground.
Good regional & territory knowledge all over
Good Analytical Skills
Experience of working with sales software & ERP systems
Willing to travel 8-10 days a month
Preferred skills: Experience in launching a new brand/ start up in the market
Other key skills: FMCG Marketing, Retail sales, distributor sales, retail channel sales.
Desired Education: MBA/PGDM in Sale & Marketing or in any specialization.
Any Degree in the relevant field.
