We are looking for an Associate Attorney. This position will deal with a variety of practice areas but willing to deal with general civil disputes and litigation. Must be willing to litigate court cases, as well as draft transactional documents and responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Should be highly skilled individual with a strong background in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation. We pride ourselves on a healthy and flexible work environment and culture.
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases
