Associate Attorney – Injury Defense (Elite Trial Firm)
Location:- Houston, TX (Hybrid)

The Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will join a high-energy team defending Fortune 500 companies, major transportation entities, and national hospitality corporations. You won’t just be a "brief writer" - you will be groomed for the courtroom.
• Manage a diverse caseload involving transportation, premises liability, and catastrophic injury defense.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
• Collaborate directly with Senior Partners who emphasize mentorship and professional development.
What You Bring
• Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Texas Bar: Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Drive: A "trial-ready" mindset and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through resolution.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Additional Incentives:
• Performance Bonus
• Quarterly Billable Bonuses
