Qualifications

High levels of integrity and professional ethics
The ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
A proven track record of success in litigation and a passion for achieving positive outcomes for clients

Salary $120,000 - $160,000 per year
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and contracts
Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning matters, ensuring their assets are effectively and efficiently managed during their lifetime and beyond
Handle business litigation matters, advising clients on their rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case, maintaining professionalism at all times
Negotiate settlements in civil disputes, aiming to resolve cases as efficiently as possible
Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in the law, staying abreast of current trends in all areas of law relevant to the practice

Responsibilities
