Full time Attorney - Mid-Level Franchise Litigation Associate - Various Locations Across the United States
We are looking for a full time Attorney - Mid-Level Franchise Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of franchise litigation, business law, and contract law. The position will be based in one of our offices located in various cities across the United States.
While Specific Job Requirements May Vary Depending On The Position And Area Of Specialty, There Are Certain Universal Expectations For All Employees. These Include, But Are Not Limited To:
• Effective Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Responsiveness: Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently and promptly.
• Quality Work Product: Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
• Deadline Adherence: Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, performing work duties as required.
• Positive Work Relationships: Foster and maintain positive relationships within the workplace.
• Policy Compliance: Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
• Physical and Sedentary Activity: Engage in activities such as:
• Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing.
• Participating in digital or virtual conference calls.
• Attending meetings as needed.
• Other Duties: Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
• State Bar admission in the state where you will be practicing, or eligibility for admission via waiver
