5+ years' of experience with counseling clients
Litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, and responded to administrative charges
Familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes
Experienced with preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery as well as counseling clients on employment law

• Hybrid will be considered for a well-qualified candidate.
