Open to: 3+ years of experience -OR- a more experienced candidate as well
Looking for attorneys with a background in commercial litigation (no insurance defense or collection)
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice
Must possess a JD degree from an accredited law school
Must have a valid license to practice law in NJ
At least three years of experience as an attorney/lawyer, preferably in commercial and complex commercial litigation
Demonstrable expertise in case management and legal software tools
Proficient in using LexisNexis for legal research and documentation
Strong skills in drafting legal documents and briefing
Proven track record in managing complex commercial litigation cases
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High ethical standards and professional integrity

Responsibilities
