Job Description
The ideal person should be able to handle all the annual compliance required by various state governments and central government like income tax department, GST, MCA, ROC, etc for a private limited company based out of Bangalore.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
• Should be abreast with all relegated rules, regulations, and laws related to the company
• Helping the management in the financial management of the company
• Well versed with accounting software like Tally and Excel
• Processing all the paperwork
• Helping external parties to provide necessary certificates or documents
• Accounting
• Maintaining the financial statement goes the company (Balance sheet and P/L statement)
• Income Tax Compliances - filing annual income tax returns, deducting TDS, issuing TDS certificates to various vendors, filing timely returns
• GST Compliance
• All activities related to GST like filing monthly and yearly GST returnsROC Compliance:
• Balance Sheet Finalisation
• Statement of Profit Loss Account (Including Consolidated Financial Statement)
• Cash Flow Statement
• Directors Report
• Auditors Report
• Maintain Statutory Registers
• Filing of Financial Statements in Form AOC-4
• Professional Tax Registration and FilingAbout Us
