We are a young and growing firm of Chartered Accountants having a state-of-art office at Mumbai. Our core service offerings include Audit &; Assurance Services, Financial Management Advisory Services, Risk Management, Valuations, Corporate Finance &; Due Diligence, Outsourcing Advisory &; Shared Services.
Position : Executive / Senior Executive / Manager – Audit &; Financial Management Advisory Services
Qualification : CA
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon East)
CTC : 7-8lpa Negotiable as per position &; experience
Preference : Candidate who can join on immediately
JobÂDescription :
Candidate is expected to work closely with the team on following work areas:
1) Financial Management Advisory Services:
- Identification and analysis of GAAP differences (between IGAAP and Ind-AS)
- Quantifications of Ind-AS adjustments
- Preparation of financials as per Ind-AS/I-GAAP and Schedule-III format for clients
- Preparation of consolidated financials for clients
- Handling ofÂauditÂwork with auditors (Audit management)
2) Audit:
- Work with the audit practice to execute statutory audit / IFC (Internal Financial Controls)
- Co-ordination with accounts staff and other department staff for getting audit requirements in smooth manner
- Review of systems and controls
- Drafting of audit reports
- Preparing presentation for audit committee
Key Skills Required:
- Ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions
- Good knowledge in Ind-AS accounting
- Experience of audit of manufacturing and service sector companies
- Strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Income tax, GST, Service Tax, sales tax etc.
- Tech savvy (Identify the new technology for conducting the audit,
like excel tools, IA tools, etc.)
- Like to take challenging task
- Willingness to learn
Experience and Qualification:
- Qualified CA with 0-3 years of experience in statutory audit / IFC during (For Fresher, he must have handled audit/IFC during of
article-ship)
