Job Summary
A well established management consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for highly qualified candidates with CA , CA inter plus minimum two years experience in any audit firm for the position of audit assistant and Assistant Accountant as permanent staff.
Job Outline
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate new audit business opportunities.
• Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the senior manager/partner and execute it in compliance with policies and protocols.
• Execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.

• Good project management skills
• Integrity within a professional environment
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support.
• Maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
• Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond to other assurance team members' views
• Completed CA or CA Inter.
Qualifications & Experience
• Finance & Insurance, Revenue Accounting: 2+ Years
• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Knowledge/skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications including MS Excel, MS Word.
