Roles and Responsibilities 1. Business/ Financials Execution of auditsAdopting and Implementing Risk Based audit methodology, planning the audit schedule for state/ region with the Regional Audit Manager to ensure all the branches are covered in line with annual audit plan. Ensure to conduct/ cover process and thematic audit as and when required as per Annual Audit Plan.Efficient allocation of Audit Assignment among the team members.Ensure to cover scope of audit as per applicable Risk Control Matrix for Branch Banking & Micro Banking audit.Ensuring prescribed samples are covered in each audit. Ensure all processes should get visited as per audit methodology for Micro banking audit.Review of Audit Work Papers.Ensuring Social Service Department audit to be executed as and when required.Ensuring accomplishments of Monthly /Quarterly annual audit plan for allotted branches Ensuring Branch Fixed Asset Verification as applicable.Check adherence of internal policies, processes & products with the applicable RBI rules and regulations.Highlight design & operational level gaps identified during audits to the concerned stakeholders for enhancement of audit.Conduct independent branch audits.2. Customer (Both Internal & External)Professional and cordial relationship to be maintained at all the times with the Auditees during and after the Audit.Ensure audit team shares the Daily observation sheet with the Business Team during the audits and the Audit closing meeting is held in the presence of branch supervisors.Stringent monitoring of Non-compliances from branches as well as from other functions. List of Non-compliant branches / issues to be circulated on a weekly basis with ageing to the Regional Audit Manager.Conducting the BLT/ participating in other business meet as per the Departmental call.Assisting RAM for preparation and submission of various RBI required data to Compliance department.Assisting RAM for providing data as per Regional & Head Office requirement as applicable.3. Internal Processa. Timely preparation & circulation of Audit Reports Assisting RAM for ensuring Audit Reports are rolled out within the prescribed timelines - Ensure quality & reliability of the audit reports by effective implementation uniform Scoring pattern based on Risk Control Matrix and Reports get circulated with proper review.Assisting RAM in circulations & closure of all the audit reports and to assist RAM in issuance of audit closure certificate to branches.Preservation of Circulated and Closed Report for RBI review if any required.Any critical issues, frauds etc., to be immediately communicated to the Regional Audit Manager.b. Audit Supervision:Mentor for new joinees and guide them on all policy matters & Field Audit Process.Execution of Audit with the junior team members to monitor & supervise their work and correct the reports in case of any requirements.Communicating all the policy/ process related changes as well as changes pertaining to audit process to the team members at regular intervals.Proper training to be provided to team members for effective implementation of the changes. Ensuring the team maintains audit decorum as per applicable code of conduct at Branches and at Regional Office. Ensuring cost control of audit department.Monthly Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP) to be completed and report to be submitted to RAM and identified gaps to be rectified. To ensure maintenance of audit work paper and documentary evidences as per the guidelines.4. Learning & Innovation Regularly update knowledge by being up to date with the RBI Circulars, MFIN guidelines and relevant laws applicable to liability and asset business as well as up to date with all the internal circulars at Ujjivan pertaining to policy, process and product related changes.Desired Candidate Profile Hands on experience in conducting RBIA including Risk Assessment thereto.Knowledge of RBI Regulations, Conversant with Risk Based Audit Approach, Risk Assessment and Quality standards.Strong analytical skills Good Command in Excel, Word and Power point 7-10 years of Hands on experience in Banks in handling Departmental / Process Audits (RBIA)..Base location Indore and Jaipur Share cv at khushboo.ghimire037@ujjivan.com Only relevant profile will be contacted
