• Management of concurrent Audits of consumer banking, commercial banking, wholesale banking, digital propositions, centralized risk control functions.
• Responsible for meeting audit delivery timelines, hold discussion with key stakeholders on audit findings and reach logical conclusion
• Conduct audit planning, review work papers, business understanding and finalize control areas for reviews.
• Analyzing the ongoing effectiveness of all audit programs, recommend changes and improvement for improving the effectiveness of the audits
• Undertaking the role of Team Lead Auditor
• Coaching and training junior team members
Qualification
• Chartered Accountant
• Audit background in BFSI sector with minimum experience 3 years
• Good communication and report writing skills
