Job Summary:-
We are looking for an Accountant who has at-least 5 years of experience in Australian Process. Responsibilities includes Bookkeeping, Financial reporting & Taxation.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Maintain Books of Accounts (Purchase, Sales, Cash, MJ)
Bank Accounts reconciliation, Invoice Processing, Payroll, Payroll tax, PAYG, General Ledger, Month/ Year end Reconciliation, End of year adjustments.
Analyzing of the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account reports in consonance with the applicable accounting standards
Conducting the required accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management and collections of debtors as required.
Preparation of BAS/IAS returns
Publishing of Annual Financial Statements including Individual, Companies, Partnership and Trust
Preparation of Income Tax returns including Individual, Companies, Partnership and Trust
Qualifications and Skills:-
Conversant with MS Office, Especially MS Excel
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Experience using MYOB, Quick Books, Xero, APS (Tax Management software)
Knowledge of Australian Accounting and Taxation process
Master’s degree in Accounting
The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience
