We at CountHQ have a vacancy for Australian Accountants & Tax Accountants for Udaipur Location. Key Responsibilities & Duties (Accountant) Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactions Processing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills) Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner Coordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arises Creating and posting month end journals Undertaking month-end close and review Monthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clients Preparation of BAS/IAS On boarding new clients, including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staff Requirements Key responsibilities & duties (Tax Accountant): Preparation of Australian Company, Partnership, Trust and Group tax returns, financial statements and working papers Preparation of Individual tax returns Use of popular software used for Australian tax, specifically Xero Preferred: Management, training, review experience, daily Australian client collaboration. Communication Skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to communicate directly with foreign clients over the phone.
