Salary: $106,025 pa - $117,363 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading


Your role


The Automation Support Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing process improvements and business efficiencies by supporting automations from various platforms across DCJ using UI Path and other automation solutions.


What you’ll do


The Automation Support Analyst maintains and provides first-line support for all deployed process automations. Collaborating with the team, the Automation Support Analyst documents and sustains automation efforts, significantly improving process efficiency and reducing repetitive, high-volume tasks.


The Intelligent Automation team is a dynamic and high functioning team, driving process improvements and business efficiencies through innovative automation solutions. Our team is composed of skilled automation developers with abundant knowledge and experience. We foster a collaborative and supportive culture where creativity and continuous learning are encouraged.


What we’re looking for


The successful candidate would:


Previous experience in an automation, process improvement or related field.
Experience with maintaining and supporting production environments
Have experience with using UI Path or other RPA software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in positive stakeholder engagement and management
Proven ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality customer support and service
