Job description
Position: Customer Experience Associate – Automotive Support
We are hiring Customer Experience Associates to support users through chat-based and assisted support channels. The role focuses on addressing customer questions related to vehicles, basic automotive systems, pricing details, bookings, and delivery updates. Ideal candidates will have prior exposure to the automobile sector along with clear communication and strong customer interaction skills.
Work Location: On-site role – Ahmedabad
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of documented professional experience (any industry)
• Flexiblty to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs (including night shift)
• Higher Secondary (HSC) qualification is mandatory
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic understanding of automotive systems, parts, and functions
• Familiarity with vehicle variants, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
• Comfortable handling customer conversations via chat and digital platforms
Preferred Experience
Applicants with prior experience in automotive-related environments such as:
• Vehicle dealerships or service centers
• Auto sales or automotive support roles
• Online automobile platforms (e.g., used-car marketplaces or vehicle comparison portals)
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and assisted support tools
• Guide customers on vehicle models, specifications, and pricing options
• Help with booking-related queries and delivery status tracking
• Address and resolve vehicle-related questions or concerns efficiently
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates
• Ensure a consistent, courteous, and high-quality customer experience
